I am currently working at the Université Jean Monnet - St Etienne as an associate professor. I am a member of the Equipe Neuro-Ethologie Sensorielle (ENES) from the Centre de Recherche en Neurosciences de Lyon (UMR CNRS INSERM CRNL). I study trophic interactions in freshwater ecosystems under different ecological and evolutionary contexts. From an ecological perspective, I work on two threats associated with human activities: noise pollution and biological invasions. From an evolutionary perspective, I investigate whether parasite-induced alterations in host phenotype have an adaptive value in terms of transmission and change network features. I mainly use experimental approaches in the lab, in mesocosms, and in the field, sometimes supplemented with mathematical modeling.
